The Paesanos Restaurant Group, PRG, was established in 1968 and is an independently owned company, based in San Antonio, Texas managing eight highly acclaimed restaurants: Paesanos Lincoln Heights; Paesanos Riverwalk; Paesanos 1604; Zuni Grill; Rio Rio Cantina, and three restaurants in Colorado – Cantina in Aspen and Mezzaluna in Aspen and Vail.

Our restaurant philosophy is based on consistent execution of superior service and quality cuisine. Our goal is to offer customers a relaxed and comfortable dining experience at a good value. PRG has been successfully serving over five generations of customers and is noted for its high energy and attention to detail.
